How to Add the Salesforce module in Drupal?
I have added all files in folder "drupal\modules\salesforce", and also in "drupal\sites\all\modules\salesforce"
But unable to see the salesforce in "drupal/?q=admin/settings/salesforce"
How actually in need to go further?
