As per the attached screenshot. 2 comments (visible in sidebar) have been added to a node (main) but the comment count is '1'. Also submitted this to Disqus for support request: http://disqus.disqus.com/disqus_drupal/

It could be a number of things:

  1. Disqus's caching
  2. You have the Developer toggled on

I'd suggest waiting to worry about this until you launch your site on a live server. Then Disqus will be able to see the site, publish your comments, and it won't hide the comments. Hope that helps, because we can't really do anything about Disqus not showing comments or posts....
