Option to turn either node type OFF

(Just a feature request in case anyone has the time inclination do it, don't need this, and may end up doing it myself depending on how much time I have)

An option to switch off one node type or the other, even though they depend on each other when used as intended. I'm using the amazon-nodes to make our pick of recommended books appear, but I am using the Book Review node type instead of amazon-items to review the books, as I don't want them connected. As it is, I'm just ignoring amazon items, and not allowing normal reviewers to make or edit content of this type, but it still appears as a node type on other functions, such as the custom category browser module. Just looks untidy.
