Website Development

Would like to build a Drupal-powered website. There probably are already existing modules to all of this, so this may be a fairly simple project.

Summary:
- site consists of a bunch of pages
- clean URLs
- each page has consists of four sections (description, files, images, discussion)
- users may upload files and images connected to their account or anonymously
- visitors can mark files and images as "bad" or "good"
- a list of most active users
- there is an admin page where all user contributions can be modified or removed
