This release is for new installations only DO NOT UPDATE YOUR 1.8 VERSION TO 3.0 USING THIS RELEASE.
This release is the first major release since 1.8
This release does NOT offer upgrade path from 1.8. DO NOT INSTALL THIS OVER 1.8 because you will probably loose all your data.
I will make another release soon which will include update path from 1.8 to 3.0
