I'm interested in getting my feed aggregated on the Drupal Planet, or our group feed.

My feed: http://www.ladrupal.org/blog/chrischarlton/feed

LA Drupal's blog feed (tagged for the planet): http://www.ladrupal.org/taxonomy/term/49/0/feed

I'd also like to see these feeds added to Planet, especially with DrupalCamp LA coming up.

Can this still happen? (please)

Any chance we can get movement on this, please?

This issue suggests not: #265663: Planet Drupal: DrupalCampColorado.org.

IMO, regional events are of limited interest to the world at large. It's interesting to know if something major hapens, but it's not interesting just to hear about an upcoming event (Camp or User Group). For camps, a single post before and a single post after makes sense to me, but not necessarily a whole feed of posts.

Based on greggles comment and Heine's comment in the linked thread, I think this can be marked as closed to help clean up the queue.

The thread about DrupalCampColorado is about a DrupalCamp and the LA Drupal site is about more than just events. It also has job listings, member blogs and a business directory.

Yes, there are some posts that are more or less saying, "hello, is this thing on?" but while I'd like to see higher quality posts on ladrupal.org, that's a very separate issue.

ChrisCharlton, how about posting about some of the videos from the recent LA meetups, like our presentation on Digital Dollhouse? :) That's definitely of interest to the larger Drupal community and I'd be glad to see it covered on ladrupal.org. Once there's some good stuff on there, I think it will be harder for people to shoot down your request.

Marking as Wont Fix based on time (1+ years), not enough items in feed to judge feed 'maturity' and for the use of Drupal in the site name - is it endorsed/approved by Dries?

Let's postpone this instead of marking it "won't fix". The LA Drupal website is being rebuilt by a dedicated team of devs and designers. Perhaps this can be revisited when there are new Planet-worthy articles in the ladrupal.org feed.

I'm not getting any posts in the second feed from the OP.
