I migrating the menu table from my DEV install to my PRD. When I edited the "mirgrated" PRD version it caused an error in which I cannot add or edit any menus in my PRD site. Drupal says it did it my action, but it does not show up.

ronan commentedCan you try clearing the drupal cache (using the dev module is the easiest way). And see if that makes a difference

asugene commentedI did. But that didn't work. I showed it to a fellow developer and he noticed that the next count between the two sites were different. So when I migrated my menu, it was trying to create a menu number that already existed. So when he went into the table of the site, he sync the next menu item create #, and it fix the problem.
I am not sure how this was caused when I "migrated" a table.
