work with mail_edit

mail_edit allows you to change the template of a message by using tokens which will be replaced by individual values.

When you enable mass-contact and mail-edit, the latter automatically creates a template editing page for mass contact emails at /admin/build/mail_edit/mass-contact-page-mail .

Unfortunately, this page does not work at all. It is unclear how to use it. There is no !message token which would in effect represent the content of the email as written in the mass_contact page...

My understanding is that mass contact can implement some mail_edit hooks so that the two can work better together.

If we cannot have this in d5 now, it would be nice to have in some future release, maybe for D6.
