Listings module
We're getting ready to spec our requirements for a listings module. We have a developer that has built an enterprise wide real estate franchise system that handles our transactions in the back end. Currently we are using rLisings as it was the only one out there we could work with. I don't like the look of rListings, I like your site better as it contains a better graphics interface.
Our sites are already done but I'm sure your listing module might be able to integrate with our site just fine with a little styling change to match what we already have.
Would you be interested in providing development work? Let me know.

Top banner takes lots of screen real estate
For a real estate shop, I think that the designers should know that real estate is precious. The top banner in the site takes up just too much screen real estate, making all important contents below the fold.
I think that it's a great thing for the home page, but should display much more compact on all the rest of the pages. A modest horizontal bar would do just fine. Otherwise, after any link you click, you first need to scroll half a screen down and then see the real contents.
Also, a breadcrumbs trail, showing where you are would be a nice addition. Helps visitors orient themselves in the site.

the header it is a bit large
I like the header it is a bit large though it would look nice compacted with the navigation in a line instead of scattered. But I like the graphics and the navigation graphics they are just kind of scattered and spread out in a large space.
I think being spread out also gives it a more unprofessional look like a social blog.
-As I post this I am asking myself why am I replying to a thread that the OP hasn’t answered in more then a year.
