I can't see my site after install, but others can...

I install Drupal using a script from my server.
When installation is complete, I try to login only to see nothing. All I do see is the Index of my domain. Literally, it just shows a cgi-bin folder where I installed Drupal.
I contacted my host to see if its a hosting issue and they told me that they can see the Post-installl page at the address: http://expandingthoughts.com
Why can't I see it? Is there something blocking me? I use FF 2/3 and IE7 for testing. Neither browser shows the site.
Please help.
Well when I visit the URL
Well when I visit the URL above I see an html page (not Drupal). Drupal should not be installed in a cgi-bin but in the root directory of the site.
