Running Firefox 2.0.0.16 the following error is noted occasionally – I have not been able to reproduce it deliberately or isolate its cause:
Duplicate entry found for -/eServGlobal/Marketing/DPTest/DpTestA/DpTestX/11Mb.zip- You may be using an unsupported browser

deeterhtrn commentedI am getting the same message when I try to upload a revision file. It is happening in both Firefox 3 and IE6. In IE I occasionally get the message in the file upload manager that this process is irreversible..... and then the upload works.
Files that I uploaded last month I am able to upload with no issues.
If I change the name of the file, then they also successfully upload.

deeterhtrn commentedIf I go to the admin screen after I get the duplicate entry found message I get the fallowing warning at the top of the admin page.
warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at C:\xampp\htdocs\www\htrn_drupal_2\modules\dbfm\dbfm.module:897) in C:\xampp\htdocs\www\htrn_drupal_2\includes\common.inc on line 141.

geoff_eagles commentedI've re-run the tests on the following browsers:
FF 2.0.0.16
IE 6.0.290
Safari 3.1.2
FF 3.0
FF 3.0.1
I can reliably reproduce the error on both variants of FF 3 but cannot reproduce the error on any other browser
