There is a single checkbox that says "length from validation_api-0". What is it? Certainly it could get a better name and/or a description.

This is for importing validators from modules. There could be several checkboxes here depending on how many hook_add_validator() 's are being used. The string is:

length is the name
validation_api is the module
0 is the delta in the hook

I have made this area clearer by adding a help section above and by giving it a title in the revisions. But, I will be turning it into a table with name and module as the headers. I will close this after that has been completed.
