i have that block in right sidebar and with a weight of 1, so it should be displayed in the nodes with related content.
Why did it disapeared? does the block depends od a view or something?
also the "Similar entries from ANY vocabulary." displays perfectly

The block is only displayed where there is something to display. If there isn't anything to display it doesn't show.

it was displayed, because it has tags in other nodes, but just stop displaying and i never could get it to display again

I made a change in 1.9 that might fix the issue. Please upgrade and report if the issue is still having problems.

Thanks i've updated the module but it's still away, when i go to database and set delta = 0 block displays again, but when i save blocks again it disapear again and delta is 3 again, is it a problem with blocks?

Delta = Voc. So 0 = all. 3 = term with vid or 3.

then if iv'e updated the module and 3 is the vid of my Tags category, wich problem could be?
