i get the following errors while trying to browse some pages

Not Found
The requested URL /drake?run=games/play/1 was not found on this server.

and also cant enable clean urls

Not sure what drake is or how it fits into your question but given that you do not have clean urls enabled, that path you have given does not look like a drupal path (I would expect part of it to be q=some_path). I do find a drake cms so I wonder if this is posted in the wrong place.
