I'm using Taxonomy Access Control as a means to control node access.

I used a certain tags for nodes that are only available to a certain roles.
As such, I'd like that this 'access controlling' terms not be included in calculating the similar nodes.

Please review the patch.

Note diff -up is generally used http://drupal.org/patch/create it makes reading the patch easier I will get this committed to CVS and hopeful incorporated into the 1.9 release.
