Add option(s) to disable drag and drop

The drag and drop interface is slow, takes up a lot of page real estate, and doesn't work well under some circumstances (e.g. reordering book pages when the number of pages exceeds the +-15 weight options). Please add an option to turn drag and drop off globally and/or by-module.
