Inter-pager selection and select all data options

Issue Summary

Hi,

According to the project page, Advanced User can do:
1. Mass emailing
2. Blocking
3. Unblocking
4. Deleting

But these operations relate not to all filtered users but to the selected users, and I can select only 200 users at a time (the max number on a page). There is a 'Select All' check box, but it only selects one page at a time. I have 4500 users. How do I select them all?
