I have a multilingual site and very strangely the nice menu block positioned at the top, which works brilliantly in English, and which works fine mostly in other languages, disppears for some pages of a particular content type (but not for pages of the page content type).

I am embarrassed to find that this is nothing to do with Nice Menus but an OG/locale related issue. Please accept my apologies for raising it unnecessarily.
