Not sure if I should create a new one for thise... but implementing the patch at http://drupal.org/node/277901 now if you have tabs within tabs, they disappear for all users. Otherwise, the patch works great.
For example, I have 3 tabs. Within tab #2 is another set of tabs. This error occurs:
User tried to use a callback redroom_blocks_member_tabs without it being registered first.

Couple more things... yes, I did clear all the cache after applying patch.
Also, this occurs even with normal caching disabled.
