Misplaced parenthesis breaks invite page

Thanks for all of the great work on this app. I just installed the 2008/7/17 version of the module, and I found a small type on the fb_form.module file. There's a parenthesis after title on line 174, and it should go after 'true' on line 176. Once I made this change, the invite page works for me.

However, the invite page still only sends an invite, rather than displaying the add application prompt after the invitation is accepted...
