Title will not update if user has overidden title

Issue Summary

Title will not update if user has overidden title, giving the impression that the user is still on the lowest of titles (If they chose their title when they began)

Title does update whenever user de-activates their custom title

I assume it should be counting posts if a title has been overridden anyway, if 100 users with 10000 posts each where to be updated at the same time it would cause serious server load
