Fast Gallery: No pictures found

Hello,
I dont know what else I could do. I followed all the tips from charles (http://drupal.org/node/283847) but there are still no pictures when I start Fast Gallery. May be it has something to do with the following warning that I get, when starting the cronjob:
"warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #2 is not an array in /www/htdocs/w00a258c/sites/all/modules/fast_gallery/fast_gallery.inc on line 219."
