Beta 4 provides bug fixes and feature enhancements over previous Betas. Beta 4 includes all updates which were meant to be included in Betas 2 and 3. Beta 2 and Beta 3 were committed incorrectly (I'm still learning CVS, sorry for the inconvenience) and thus did not include all of the updates which they should have. But rest assured, this Beta 4 has been released correctly. It is the most up-to-date stable package of Innovation News and contains all of the features which have been developed to date.

This release is, for the most part, very stable and bug-free. I could not imagine that you would run into any major problems using this release. That being said, it is still a beta release and so I would rather not go on the record recommending it for production use.

A release candidate will be next. The release candidate may or may not include a new module. If it does not, the new module will be available as a separate package.
