There has been a slight change in Faceted Search's API that requires the Content Taxonomy Facets module to be modified in order to be compatible with Faceted Search 1.0-beta4.

Fortunately, the change is trivial and is best illustrated by this commit (look at any of the .module).

At the moment, Content Taxonomy is not compatible with Faceted Search 1.0-beta4. This is a [trivial] task to be done, and I have given pointers showing how to do it.

Cleanup of old issues. According to maintainer: "active development is only done for the 6.x branch! 5.x is not supported any more".
Open a new issue if problem still exist.
