four seasons theme incompatible with webform and event

Issue Summary

If I enable Event 6.x-2.x-dev or Webform6.x-2.1.1 the admin/build/modules page goes blank, but it can be viewed using a core theme eg Garland as admin theme

The modules are functioning fine.

I started having this problem when I installed Four Seasons 6.x-2.0 but I put back my older files and still the same problem

still having issues, actually could not view modules page in any (admin) theme

I deleted the event and webform module folders and then I could view the modules page in Garland/Zen etc but still not Four Seasons

I enabled a few more modules (Backup & Migrate, Open ID, Node Clone...) and then could only view moduels page in Garland

I have Event 6.x-2.x-dev and Webform 6.x-2.4 enabled and everything is fine; the modules page displays properly. I'm using 4 Seasons 6.x-1.20.

I think this is related to the way css stylesheets are loaded

I installed the IE Unlimited CSS Loader (for D6 only) http://drupal.org/project/unlimited_css

which also seems to resolve the display issues in Firefox and other browsers
