can't find feedapi_node even though it appears to be installed

Hi there,

I'm installing memetracker alpha 3, but I can't activate either memetracker or the machinelearningAPI because it says feedapi_node isn't activated.

Meanwhile, the same module screen that says I don't have feedapi says that the Feed API module is in fact activated.

So why is that not being recognized?
