video not showing

hi all. looks like a great module. the only problem is that the video is not displaying. i have followed the http://drupaltherapy.com/node/50 screencast. i get the video player, but no video is loading. any ideas? i´ve try it in different computers and with different browsers, but i can´t definitely get it work.
