Here is a simple little patch to let people theme the xhtml output of the tabs for use with other tab css techniques.

Patch applied with some small changes:
- added a comment to warn people about the jQuery effects of overriding the theme function
- changed it so that only an array of tab titles gets passed to the theme function and not the entire array of tabs
