When nodes are added or removed from favorites, the message that is displayed reads "the node was added/removed to/from your favorites". The term "node" is not a friendly way to refer to content. The attached patch puts the content type name of the node that was favorited into the message.

Here's the patch for Drupal 6.

I would infact rather put the title in the message, which is easy aswell. Perhaps a setting for this?
