Blocks mixed up

Hello there,
I have installed some themes from the drupal.org and they are doing well.
The problem is there when I try to configure the blocks for individual themes, the blocks are mixed up and all of the themes have common blocks. for example...
If I set a block for nice menu in garland, it will be displayed in other themes also, overriding their blocks. This wan't a problem when I installed the Drupal first time.
Any suggestion?
