Description

I love the idea behind this module but when I try to use it to Digg my stories I get a message from Digg saying

"This link does not appear to be a working link. Please check the URL and try again."

I have completely removed all spam control related modules and even stripped away a few of my standard modules to see if they were blocking Digg. But nothing seems to give here.

Anyone have an idea why this is happening and how I can fix this?

Fairly new Drupal 5.8 install (3 days old) with no hacks, just modules supplied by the Drupal.org module page. AddThis 1.2

Thanks!

Is your site public online? If you are running your site in a development environment (for example localhost) Digg will not be able to connect to your site to get information about your link. Sharing links really works only with public URLs.

If your site is public and you are still experiencing problems could you please provide an URL for your site so I can have a look at what's going on?

I'm having the same problem. The Digg website doesn't seem to be recognizing the pathauto'd urls. I tried digging this page:

http://www.mondocollecto.com/Toys/Action-Figures/Shogun-Warriors

It doesn't have any sort of file extension, but that should still be a perfectly good url.

I just tested this with version 5.x-2.1 and can not recreate the bug. Please check that you are using the latest 5.x version, versions 1.x of AddThis module are no longer supported.

If this is still an issue with version 2.1 I would need some additional information in order to find the bug. What are you AddThis module settings?
