The linked to site is violating the copyright on the bluebeach theme. You may not use the images in that theme, as they are not released under the GPL license. http://drupal.org/themes/bluebeach/header-back.png and http://drupalo.org/themes/drupalo-2/images/header-back.png are identical, for instance. Please remove the offending images and/or stylesheets. Thank you.

See the first paragraph on http://drupal.org/node/27367 for details about Bluebeach.
#3
Ok, thank for explaining, I will note webmaster of drupalo.org about it.
#4
Drupalo.org now used other theme, not related to Bluebeach. I requested for link adding again.
#5
I would like to help, but I am not sure where the link should be added; the list of local groups is a list of groups that is present in g.d.o.
Ĝis la relego.

Url in the issue are obsoleted. I mean http://drupal.org/language-specific-communities page.
#7
which link on the "Language-specific communities" you mean is obsolete?
#8
http://drupal.org/language-specific-communities is the only page where you can add a new link; the link reported in http://drupal.org/support takes to a page on groups.drupal.org.
I have added the link for the Esperanto community at http://drupal.org/language-specific-communities.
