Comments from particular content type

Can I specify comments to display by content type.

I mean I would like to define only those comments on comment page which are from particular content type page, say a user created content type called "products". And can I rename /comments to /testimonials etc.

And I would like to change its appearance? Do I have to change the core module for it?

This module can be very useful for product website using ubercart and e-commerce module. Where user can post a review of a product which will appear in a testimonials page.
