Full Site rate request

By the beginning of September, our organization is planning on launching a new website. We are looking at several CMS possibilities, and would like to have an estimate for the site. Currently on our other site, we pay for a CMS, which includes certain features that we would also like to see using Drupal, if possible. Specifications would include:
-multiple user login
-multiple page templates
-abilitiy to archive
-page editor with multiple fields
[in this case, content would be added daily. There would need to be fields, for example, where you could choose from drop down options, type in a page title, author name, main content section, etc, all with WYSIWYG options, but also, if possible, for the ability to hide code view.]
-components that allow for an area of a page to show the title and url field for the most recent 5 of a certain page type

I am not familiar with the full capabilities of Drupal, so information on whether or not this would be possible would be greatly appreciated.
