Export - invalid argument

Description
After exporting, clicking back on lists gives the following error:
warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/work/glavallee/spe/sites/all/modules/taxonomy_xml/taxonomy_xml.module on line 228.
If I do two exports, I get the error message twice.

Issue queue cleanup. Cannot replicate. was probably ironed out in code reviews sometime.
