Watchdog shows wrong message

Description
in my watchdog logs under recent entries it shows:
Akismet housekeeping: %count spam marks removed from database
Comment ID List: 1415,1416,1417,1418,1419,1420,1421,1422
Clearly %count is not being replaced correctly.
