I've scoured the net and the forums but either I haven't done a good job or no one's addressed this issue (which i would find hard to believe).
If i create a simple Content Template, for say, Page --> Body, I will see the results when I access the node (at say, drupal/node/14), but if I create a simple View of all Page nodes, then I do not have access to whatever I did in Content Template.

okay - in the past 4 minutes i've successfully answered my own question.
in the View set Row Style: Node
then hit the settings/gear next to it and uncheck Display only Teaser
contemplates should be back in business!

What if we wanna show the full node instead of the teaser?
For me, it does showing the titles from the node + what ever set with contemplate.
