Reduce duplicate fields and UI clutter when configuring components

There's another request for this somewhere that I haven't been able to find. The UI for configuring a component contains a lot of redundant configuration. Things like weight, mandatory, e-mail and parent are all duplicate fields that can be configured from the main components form at node/x/edit/components.

I want to move all these options into a collapsed fieldset, along with the "field key", to reduce the amount of clutter on the field configuration screen. The attached patch moves all these options into a separate fieldset.
