Regular Drupal theming and site build contract opportunities - London-based web agency

We are a small Drupal-specialist agency (www.schooldigital.co.uk) based in London. As we are a small team we often outsource smaller site builds, or specific pieces of work such as theming, module development etc. To help us do this, I'm building up a list of Drupal contractors who would like to be approached with these projects.

To give an overview of the type of project we generally outsource:

For theming-only projects, we will normally provide PSD files of page templates showing all text styles, form styles, navigation with hover/on states, a few different block styles and any other design which is necessary for the site to be built. We would typically anticipate theming with 2-3 different page layouts to take no more than 3 days to complete.

Where a full site build is required, for simple sites we will provide a sitemap, all content and a specification for any functionality/user privileges that need to be configured. We normally require the site to be built on our development server. Site builds (obviously depending on the size/complexity of the project) are normally around 5 days.

Occasionally when it's unavoidable we also need someone to make small changes to existing CSS etc, these are normally only a couple of hours' work.

Contractor requirements:

- Proven experience with Drupal, including custom theming, and ideally custom PHP
- Standards-compliant CSS (no table-based layouts etc), should validate and be tested across a range of major browsers (typically this is IE6/7, FF2/3, Safari, Opera, occasionally a client may have a particular browser requirement that falls outside this)
- Ability to accurately replicate artwork in a theme - attention to detail
- Regular communication throughout the project, preferably with a status update at the end of each working day - we need to keep our clients updated on the whereabouts of their website!

We'll happily work with contractors from any country but as mentioned above, regular communication is essential and we do need a reasonable standard of English to make sure that we can properly communicate the requirements for the project.

In return we'll provide prompt payment of invoices, a friendly welcome and lots of work.
