There's more than one way to do that. There are a few gallery modules, one of which integrates Gallery 2 which you would have to style to fit your site. Or use usual Drupal image module. In most cases you will find it sufficient.

The 'gallery' module actually integrates the menalto gallery that you've already been using.
http://drupal.org/project/gallery

You'd need to upgrade your menalto gallery installation to 'gallery2'.
Then the gallery module will 'wrap' the menalto gallery into your drupal theme and integrate it.

Apologies if you already knew this, and were looking to move away from using the menalto gallery.

I just built a gallery using the Fast Gallery Module which you can find here.

You will need to install some other dependency modules too but the walk through is pretty straightforward. You can quickly have a thumbnail gallery where clicking pictures fades the screen and brings them up full size. Check out the support topic there if you get stuck.

If you dont need a large or super-functional gallery, choose something simple.

Whats the best way to start this?

Miles, your gallery is currently powered by the menalto gallery v1.4.3-pl2
But it is not integrated into Drupal.

Did you set this gallery up?

If so, you should go to http://gallery.menalto.com and upgrade to v2.2.5.
Then install the http://drupal.org/project/gallery module to integrate this gallery into your site.
Remember to backup your entire site and databases before making these changes though.

If you didn't set the menalto gallery up, then you would be better to use one of the
simpler gallery solutions already suggested, and accept the fact that it won't be as powerful
as the gallery you currently have installed, and will not behave in the same way.

All the solutions posted so far *will* integrate into your Drupal install though.
