Is this module appropriately named? It does so much more than the name advertises. Without putting much thought into this, what about something like:

• Theme Dictator
• Theme Manager
• Theme Swap
• Theme Condition
• Theme Caller

Excuse the bad names, but you get the point. Feedback?

If your take a look at the new version for Drupal 6, it only does what the name proposes. A new module called "ThemeKey" does all the heavy lifting and provides a very flexible and extensible basis. TaxonomyTheme only adds to the UI for taxonomy-based theme selection.
