Hello,

When you make metatags you cab enter a title which appears above in the blue bar of IE.
But the metatag module does not support the title tag.
So how can I create a different titlle shown in the IE bar other than the node title?

This is not a theming question. HTML title and node titles are identical by default. Try this module http://drupal.org/project/page_title
