Large tables make DBA time out, before a download box is displayed. This has happened on tables with more than 89,000 rows (number needed to timeout may be less).

Fixed in 4.6 and CVS version of the module. You will need to empty your cache after upgrading to this new version.

Manually closing, the project module doesn't seem to do this automatically anymore.
