Title on Blip.tv should be the title of the node, not the filename

Description
If I harvest a file called west-coast-express-arrives.mp4 on a node called "West Coast Express Arrives" it uses the file name, not the descriptive title. In other words, the Blip.tv-hosted video is titled "west-coast-express-arrives.mp4".
