Issue Summary
So that each user on a Drupal site, in their user settings, can set their username & password and videos they upload goes to their Blip.tv account.
This could be turned on or off: that is, it could be a sitewide account OR a per-user account. Or both?
In an ideal world this uses OAuth so that nobody's passwords are stored in a Drupal database. If Blip.tv supported it!
