Probably a silly question. But I'm rather new and just wondering really...
what causes a Block title not to show up when it is being created in the "override" section when placing a block?
I've created a few Views blocks and am placing them, however, in any theme other than garland the title of the block does not show at all. What gives?
I intend on creating my own theme shortly, so i need to know if there is something specific I need to do to get the title to show...
