Local menu does not show up completely on front page

Hello,

Nice modulle,

But I can not see the primary, secondary and children links when I look at the home page (front)
As soon as I click on the primary link, the menu shows up perfectly.
How can I enable that for the home page.

And the menu shows the following when I'm not logged in.(look at enclosed picture)
I don not want that to been seen. I just want the primary links to be shown in the menu and as soon as clicked on it folds out in secundary links etc.
