Maybe you could download the jcoincoin client at http://fredm00.free.fr/jcoincoin/rilize/jcoincoin_2005-01-02.jar

It looks beautiful and it is easy to provide to users. Problem is that I'm unable to open a tribune (actually mine at mysite/tribune)

What can I do?

Fixed in the dev version, the next release will work with jcoincoin :)

To add a tribune to JCoinCoin, click "Main -> Add tribune", and put "http://yoursite.com/tribune/info/b2b.xml" as the discovery url, then it should work fine.
