pager and clicking problem with jrating module

1. If I click tick and cross of same article very faster, system will count 2 votes in jrating module

2. No paging for the view. It only shows 20 records but there're more than 20 - actually i create 2 rating which is rating by node and rating by category link. I dont have any problem with rating by node, the pager is working...but i'm facing a problem with rating by category link, the pager didn't displayed.
