Try this ...
Project Zen as it might be the best way to start. Basically it's a theme that with CSS you can change it to anything you want. It a great theme that is well documented and the codes nicely commented.
Best thing I like about it is the body classes function which add a class based on which page you are. And with a little PHP knowledge you could make almost anything with it. And it's CSS really makes cross browser theme development easier.
Give it a try. Zen: Just add CSS. And er.. there's no such thing as silly questions.. just silly answers. ^___________^
hey, thank you very much.
hey,
thank you very much. sounds very good. but have everything finished. the html template is finished and css also. I thought there is a easier way to bring this into drupal than making it new....
maybe you have another tip for me,...
Converting templates
Whenever you convert templates to a CMS you will find certain limitations that CMSs have that will make you edit the template. Of all, Drupal is most flexible to allow you stick closest to the initial design. But you still have to adjust it some.
